Purchasing process
Booking
Reserve your bicycle to rent along with the rest of the necessary accessories to enjoy your bicycle to the fullest. An individual reservation is necessary for each bicycle to be reserved. It is possible for the same user to make several reservations. The reservation is only formalized with full payment.
- Enter your username and password or register. (If after making the purchase the user is deleted, the refund will automatically be made, subtracting a 2% card commission).
- Select the bike model in the “Rent” section.
- Choose the desired accessories.
- Tell us what dates you are going to enjoy the bike and click on “Check availability”.
- It will inform you if the bike is available on these dates and click on “Reserve”.
- Read and accept the contract. You can also download and/or print the contract. For any error at this point you can terminate the reservation and contact us later.
- To facilitate the delivery of the bike tailored to your needs, we would like you to indicate your weight and height. If you prefer, you can also not indicate the measurements.
- Choose the payment method and click on “Place order”.
Pay
- The payment method is by bank transfer, or payment in store (Bike Taller on Avenida Maria Fortuny, 12-14 de Reus 43204)
- For the reservation to be effective, it must be paid before the delivery of the bicycle.
- Purchases made on our website are completely secure: your personal and banking information is protected and is not accessible to unauthorized persons at any time during the process.
Billing
The invoice will be attached using the email provided in the registration process.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made one month in advance and/or according to prior acceptance by “Adventure Bike Rental”.
Frequent questions
WHAT DOES THE RESERVATION INCLUDE?
- The rental of the bike under the conditions and dates indicated.
- Helmet rental for the cyclist, which is optional.
- You can choose between different types of pedals: Platform, mixed or automatic. Even if you prefer, you can bring your pedals and we will assemble them. Please indicate this at the time of booking.
- Saddle bag with removable bike tube and anti-puncture kit.
- Bottle cage and water bottle, with water load.
- Air pump.
- Padlock.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PICK UP MY BIKE?
- DNI / NIE / Passport
- Sign the contract that was previously accepted at the time of purchase. It will be facilitated by “Adventur Bike Rental”
- Sign the data protection document.
- Deposit of €100 to be deposited by bank card at the physical POS in the store.
WHAT IF I ALSO MAKE AN ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION?
- You have to choose the accommodation and complete the necessary information to pre-book the accommodation, in the same purchase process.
- Keep in mind that all the information you provide us will be sent to the hotel you have selected and they will contact you to formalize the reservation.
- The fact of making a reservation on our website does not guarantee the reservation, since with us only a pre-reservation is made and it is the hotel that formalizes the reservation directly with the client.
