Booking

Reserve your bicycle to rent along with the rest of the necessary accessories to enjoy your bicycle to the fullest. An individual reservation is necessary for each bicycle to be reserved. It is possible for the same user to make several reservations. The reservation is only formalized with full payment.

• Enter your username and password or register. (If after making the purchase the user is deleted, the refund will automatically be made, subtracting a 2% card commission).
• Select the bike model in the “Rent” section.
• Choose the desired accessories.
• Tell us what dates you are going to enjoy the bike and click on “Check availability”.
• It will inform you if the bike is available on these dates and click on “Reserve”.
• Read and accept the contract. You can also download and/or print the contract. For any error at this point you can terminate the reservation and contact us later.
• To facilitate the delivery of the bike tailored to your needs, we would like you to indicate your weight and height. If you prefer, you can also not indicate the measurements.
• Choose the payment method and click on “Place order”.

Pay

• The payment method is by bank transfer, or payment in store (Bike Taller on Avenida Maria Fortuny, 12-14 de Reus 43204)
• For the reservation to be effective, it must be paid before the delivery of the bicycle.
• Purchases made on our website are completely secure: your personal and banking information is protected and is not accessible to unauthorized persons at any time during the process.

Billing

The invoice will be attached using the email provided in the registration process.

Cancellations

• Guided Tours: The amount of the cancellation fee must be subtracted from the amount of the product to be returned, which would be as follows: From the date of the reservation until 90 days before the date of the reservation, the commission is 30%. From day 89 to the day of the route, the commission amount is 100% of the value of the product. In any case and subject to availability, the date may be changed with an expiration of 1 year.
• Bicycles: The amount of the cancellation fee must be subtracted from the amount of the product to be returned, which would be as follows: From the date of reservation until 30 days before the start of the rental, the commission is 10%. From the 29th to the 15th day, the commission is 20%, from the 14th to the 6th, the commission is 25%, and from the 5th to the day of the rental, it is 100%. In any case and subject to availability, the date can be changed with an expiration of 1 year.
• Deposit: The amount to be returned is 100% of the value of the deposit.
• Transport: Up to 48 hours before the transfer, the amount to be refunded is 100% of the transport value.

Accidental bicycle breakage insurance

The amount of the insurance to be paid will be informed at the time of booking and must be paid for it to be valid. The same insurance only covers accidental bicycle breakage and only when the value of the repair does not exceed €250 VAT included (21%). The amount will only be applicable to the value of parts to be replaced or repaired and the labor to repair or replace a new part. In no case will the amount be applicable to the cost of transporting a replacement bicycle (if applicable according to replacement availability), which will be invoiced according to the price per Kilometer stipulated on the website.

The value of the repair that exceeds €250 VAT included (21%) must be paid by transfer to the bank account indicated at the time of sending the invoice.
